משמעותה של המקלחת בהודו...

בביקורי הרבים בהודו ובטיולי הנשים להודו שאני עורכת מזה מספר שנים, אני עדה לחיים המתרחשים ומתנהלים ברחוב. הרבה פעמים יוצא לי לשמוע את אותה הדעה, כי ההודים מלוכלכים... אז נכון שהרחובות מחוץ לבתים מלוכלכים, אך ההודים הינם אנשים נקיים, המתרחצים כל בוקר, בדיוק כמו שהם אוכלים ביד, אך תמיד רק ביד ימין, כי עם יד שמאל הם מתנקים. שוב קונספט אחר ממה שאנו מכירים ויודעים. וכך בהודו, כשאני נוסעת ממקום למקום, באוטובוס, ברכבת או במונית, אני מרגישה בסרט... החיים מתרחשים וקורים אל מול עייני, אנשים מתרחצים ומתנקים, בדיוק כמו בתמונות שבהמשך.

יום נקי ושופע במים!

En mis múltiples visitas en la India y así mismo en los viajes de mujeres que organizo a la India, he sido testigo de la vida que se desarrolla en la calle... 

A veces escucho la idea que los hindúes son sucios, pues es verdad que las calles son sucias. 

Pero los hindúes son limpios, cada mañana en la posible medida se duchan. Al igual que comen con las manos, pero solo con la mano derecha y nunca con la mano izquierda, que es con la que se limpian.

Otro concepto, tan distinto de lo conocido para nosotros en nuestra cultura.

Cuando viajo en la India, en tren, autobús o taxi, me siento como en una película... La vida sucede en frente mio... La gente se baña y se limpia, al igual que las fotos de abajo.

The meaning of the shower in India ...

In my many visits in India and likewise in the women trips I organize to India, I have been witness to the life that develops in the street ...

I sometimes hear the idea that Hindus are dirty, it is true that the streets are dirty.

But Hindus are clean, every morning they take a shower. Hindus eat with their hands, but only with the right hand and never with the left hand, which is the one they clean them selfs. Another concept, so different from the known to us in our culture.

When I travel in India by train, bus or taxi, I feel like I’m in a movie ... Life happens in front of me ... People bathe and clean, like the pictures below.
